The written review is $750 in addition to the toolkit license. Nicole confirms availability, scope, and delivery date before payment. Nicole reviews up to three completed toolkit documents from one organization (no more than ten total pages) and returns one written response and one clarification round submitted within 14 calendar days of the response.

Operations Team Performance Management System

The existing product is $999 for one school or $2,499 for a network. A separate implementation project can connect the product’s existing tools to your school’s calendar and staff roles.

Operations setup has a defined handoff.

The project covers one school, its existing licensed Growth MindED operations materials, one submitted school calendar, and a named staff-role list. The written scope will name the tools to configure and set a single handoff date.

Your team receives a calendar showing the agreed performance-cycle dates and responsible roles.
The setup notes identify where each licensed tool is used and who maintains the working files.
One consolidated written revision addresses your team’s feedback on the initial setup.

This project does not include replacing the school’s HR system, creating new role rubrics, scoring employees, or ongoing supervision. Existing product training and tools remain part of the product license; the implementation fee covers organization-specific setup.
