Growth MindED Consulting

Know what your evidence supports before the review.

An independent review of your school’s documents produces an evidence map, a list of gaps, and a practical action plan for the review you are preparing for.

Start with your school’s review requirements.

You share the current standards or review criteria, your deadline, and the documents you already have. Nicole proposes a written scope based on those materials. Accreditation preparation and charter review preparation are scoped separately because their standards and review processes differ.

How this saves you time. Your team receives a prioritized list of the documents and follow-up work that need attention before it expands the evidence collection.

What the written scope specifies

The evidence to review

The scope names the standard set, selected sections, document limit, and deadline.

The deliverables

The scope specifies an evidence map, the gaps that need attention, and an action plan with owners and dates.

The method

The scope states whether the work is document review only or includes agreed interviews or observations.

Price and delivery

The existing Growth MindED Diagnostic is $4,500. A review that fits that engagement can use its published scope; a different document volume, review deadline, or observation requirement needs a separate written quote before work begins.

This is an independent preparation service. Growth MindED does not issue accreditation or a charter renewal decision, and a document review does not verify the quality of a learning environment through direct observation.

Review the existing Diagnostic scope

Request the scope by email.

The email below asks for your school, review type, current standards, deadline, and approximate document volume. Please begin with a description and public standards links; Nicole will arrange document access after the scope is agreed.
